Miscellaneous
There are certain things you need to keep in mind when putting up your advert online. Listed below are certain points that might be helpful to you:

  • Your advertisement is an investment towards the future success of your business. Make sure that you have covered all the points that you are meant to cover in order to make your advert as to the point and as memorable as possible.
  • Be extremely quick and efficient with the response to any enquiries that come through to you. This promptness will give you the edge over others. As soon as you get an enquiry, do your best to clarify any questions about your property ASAP.
  • Make sure that whatever promise you decide to make in your advert is one you will be able to keep once your client arrives at your doorstep. Never over promise and under deliver as this will lead to disappointment and disillusion and more importantly, bad reviews, which can’t be good for the business.
  • It can’t do any harm to find out a little about the people that will be staying in your property. If possible, find out whatever you can about your client before you give them access to you property. Before you take any deposits or advances, make sure that your client is the kind you would like to give your property to. If you don’t like to let out to singles or you don’t want families with small children, it is better to clarify all this before there are any financial exchanges.
  • Make sure your property is absolutely ready and waiting for the tenant. Cleaning, polishing, etc – everything needs to be up to date before the tenant moves in.
