The unique possibility available for such special project is "LA UNION", one of the most important towns since the Roman times (founded centuries before Christ) that combines architectonical splendour now to be rehabilitated with special funds from different private companies, European institutions, etc. With a location just a short drive away from the international resorts of La Manga Golf and Mar Menor shores and from the city-harbour of Cartagena. Right from Portman Golf that has a few golf projects that will provide La Union plus the existing 5 ones a Golf environment.
La Union has been since the Roman times one of the most important centres of Spain for artistic metal works, minery, fishing, etc. All these products manufacture for centuries and shipped to all over the world from the nearby harbour of Cartagena gave splendour to the town. Still reflects in the away of incredible buildings, residential and civil, that are now being restored. All this industry ceased years ago and now La Union, a town that focuses on services, and tree preservation of its glorious heritage and natural parks such as Sancti Spiritus Mountains in your way to the sea.
Likewise the "FEVE" train joins the City of Cartagena and the Mar Menor beaches of Los Nietos. Plus an ample variety of cultural events such as Cante de las Minas (one of the oldest Flamenco Festivals in Spain), several museums, Tuesday street market and all services to cover the community living in town. |

The following conditions apply when renting the property identified in your rental booking form.
Initial Booking
1. A 25% deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
2. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with £250 refundable security deposit.
(Where late bookings are made the total payment must be paid at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks remain before your date of arrival)

Security deposit
The refundable Security deposit of £150 must be paid prior to your being provided with the keys to the property. This deposit will be refunded after your departure when the property has been inspected. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be refunded after any expenses have been met and you will be provided with receipts for any expenditure. You will not be given access to the property until this deposit has been paid so please be sure to make the necessary arrangements in advance of your arrival.
Conduct
You will be required to conduct yourselves appropriately whilst in the property and in the surrounding urbanization .You must adhere to any rules and regulations that the community has laid down.
Where these regulations are available in written form a copy will be provided at the property and you should familiarize yourselves with them.
Most rules are fairly obvious and relate mainly to noise nuisance and conduct in the pool. You should also be aware that in Spain these regulations are set and agreed by a legally constituted committee that has the full backing of the local police and anyone found in breach of these regulations could suffer from legal action being taken against them. |
