This 3 Bed apartment is well situated for anyone who does not want to have to drive everywhere the apartment is located close to bus routes into town and only 50 Mtr from the beach so its ideal for a holiday retreat or for a more permanent residence. The property consists of lounge dinning room fully equipped American style kitchen 3 double bedrooms and family bathroom. MUST BE VIEWED TO APPRECIATE ITS LOCATION

A bus service within two minutes of the apartment allows easy and economical journeys into Torrevieja. There is a taxi rank or car hire facilities if required.

Torrevieja has, in recent years, grown to be one of the most popular and important centres on the Mediterranean sea for residential tourism. Torrevieja's seafront offers a lot of restaurants, markets, tapas bars and street cafes on the very wide promenade which is popular for evening strolls.

Enjoy Torrevieja's magnificent Friday market which sells everything from fruit and vegetables to housing accessories and gifts. There is an indoor market in the town centre open daily for fish, vegetables and meat. Fresh seafood and fish can be bought daily at the port of Torrevieja. A new Habernas shopping centre houses many international retailers including H&M, C&A, Zara and Puma.

Each month Torrevieja celebrates a different Festival, or 'Fiesta' with a riot of colour, tradition, music and dance, including la Habanera, a special rejoicing of Torrevieja's sailing history and early salt trade days with Cuba.

Las Salinas

Local to Torrevieja are two large natural saltwater lagoons, known as "las Salinas", the largest in Europe. The concentration of salt in these picturesque lagoons helps to draw the moisture out of the air. This, combined with the very low annual rainfall, creates the unique microclimate with low humidity. With most days being sunny, and with an average temp of 18 degrees centigrade, make this area ideal for sufferers of rheumatism, arthritis and asthma. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of flamingos.

The following conditions apply when renting the property identified in your rental booking form.
Initial Booking

1. A 25% deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
2. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with £150 refundable security deposit.

(Where late bookings are made the total payment must be paid at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks remain before your date of arrival)

Security deposit
The refundable Security deposit of £150 must be paid prior to your being provided with the keys to the property. This deposit will be refunded after your departure when the property has been inspected. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be refunded after any expenses have been met and you will be provided with receipts for any expenditure. You will not be given access to the property until this deposit has been paid so please be sure to make the necessary arrangements in advance of your arrival.
